The purchase of a home is a substantial investment that requires much thought and planning. A home inspection provides you with an unbiased opinion of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. The information contained in the home inspection report will help you make better informed decisions, resulting in lower risk.
Prior to purchase, a home inspection will identify items that are not functioning as intended and identify potential safety hazards as well as identifying maintenance and areas of improvement.
A Seller's home inspection identifies the same items found in a Buyers Inspection. It gives the Seller the opportunity of making repairs before they reach the negotiating table. It puts the Seller in the driver's seat and reduces the chances of surprise.
Home Inspections will be performed in accordance with the "Standards of Practice". Inspection will last two to four hours and you are encouraged to attend the inspection so that you will better understand the findings. Please refer to our check list and arrange for the property to be ready for a complete inspection. We inspect the building exterior, Structural Elements, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning, Interiors, Insulation and Built-in Appliances.
